On a warm Monday evening in April, an excited group of Irish Transition year students arrived into Valencia airport ready to embark on their 4 week intensive course experience in Valencia. Our April course took place from Monday 28th April until Friday 23rd May.
The Centre of Spanish studies language courses for Irish teenagers offer a fantastic opportunity for young learners to acquire a valuable skill and immerse themselves in a new culture. These courses combine structured language lessons in the morning sessions, with engaging activities and cultural experiences in the afternoon schedule, making learning enjoyable and effective.
Whether through our transition year intensive programs or our summer courses which are open to both transition year and fifth year students, teenagers can develop their Spanish speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while also building confidence and making new friends.
Our April group benefitted from an intensive morning of Spanish classes with our teachers Wilfredo, Adriana, Ceila & Francis while afternoon activities included creative craft workshops in the relaxing Turia riverbed, outdoor fitness workshops by the marina, guided walking history tours and many more exciting activities in the city of Valencia.
March 2025 TY Intensive Course students arrive in Valencia
