2018 was the third year of our CSS Valencia summer Spanish course for Irish secondary school students. The Blog 2018 aims to give you an overview of what we did that second summer.
Evie Carter was the Irish group leader for that year’s CSS Valencia programme. Evie is a university student studying Business and Spanish in Trinity College Dublin. She did the CSS Valencia programme in 2016 when it first began. Evie had wanted to return to Valencia ever since – and here she is! Throughout the three weeks of the 2018 course Evie kept a blog to keep everyone informed about what we happened each day in Valencia.
Abby, Daniel and David, all from Kildare, Aoibhin from Galway, Ulan from Belfast and Daisy from Dublin joined Evie in 2018.

The three weeks of the programme flew by – we’ve had a lot of fun, learned and practised lots of Spanish. We also got to know the beautiful city of Valencia very well and are already thinking about doing it all again next year!
