Our busy time at CSS has just started. Yesterday, course director Edel accompanied 30 Transition Year students from Dublin Airport to Valencia. The flight left on time, which is always a good start to any course! On arrival at Valencia airport, our bus took us to the Torres de Serranos in the city centre where we were met by monitors Adriana, Daniela and Nerea who took the students on a walking tour of the city.
Then it was back to the CSS language school at 6.45pm to meet the host families.
This morning, the students met their teachers Jaime, Laura, José and Will for their first day of class.
This is the first of 4 courses to take us to the end of the year. In May, we will have another TY group over. Then in June, we’ll have our Leaving Cert exam preparation course, followed by our final course of the year – another Leaving Cert exam preparation course.
Our June course is currently fully booked, but we still have some places left on our May TY and July Leaving Cert course.
