Everyone’s Spanish is improving a lot in the classes with lots of new vocabulary. Ulan and Abby featured in a short video of them practising their oral Spanish in class.
We had three hours before the bowling started to do whatever we wanted. Daniel went home to his host family for some lunch and to take a quick siesta. The others went to a local shopping centre where Abby got her nails done and had a quick browse of the shops.
We all met up again at 4 pm and headed to the bowling alley on the bus. We were divided into different groups of 7 with students of all different nationalities. Splitting us all up gave us the chance to chat with others from all over the world, all through Spanish, so it worked out to be great practice for us! I hadn’t played bowling in years but somehow managed to win by the small margin of 3 points.
David, Aoibhín and Ulan smelled pizza and couldn’t resist ordering one for themselves!
